How it all began
Well, in real life it began over lunch (don't all Hollywood stories start over lunch?). Michael L., Brian and Lance sat down for some grub and walked away with an idea for a screenplay.

We've never believed writers and producers
when they say "the script wrote itself", but this
one came pretty close. Six weeks after our lunch,
we completed our first draft.

The screenplay became a graphic novel
thanks in large part to the writers' strike. With nowhere to pitch and nothing to write, Michael and Brian sat down to re-envision the screenplay in still images.

During the strike we felt like lone gunmen against impossible odds. It wasn't fun, but rewriting Brimstone as a graphic novel was.

Now What?
Well, we're on our way to a finishing the panel
art as we try to simultaneously find a home for
the screenplay.

If you are interested in either property as a publisher or producer, email us and we'd be
more than happy to talk with you. If you're a
fan of graphic novels and want to know when
Brimstone will be coming to your bookstore,
drop us a line and we'll put you on our
mailing list.
