Lance has worked in a number of capacities including directing, storyboards, concept design, matte paintings, 3D computer graphics and compositing for film and television. Some of his projects have included Arnold Schwarznegger's END OF DAYS, T-RED: BACK TO THE CRETACEOUS, NOAH'S ARK NBC's TV mini-series THE X-MEN and HOLLOW MAN starring Kevin Bacon.

Lance founded the production company Cinemachine in 1999 to produce a feature documentary on legendary artist Frank Frazetta. The film, entitled FRAZETTA: PAINTING WITH FIRE has received numerous festival awards for best documentary and garnished extremely favorable press reviews since it's premier at the Egyptian theater in 2003.
