REFUND AND DELIVERY POLICY
Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be dispatched. Brimstone endeavours to send out all orders the next working day, however, when this is not possible we will ensure orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. Shipping times vary depending on location and delivery method.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: £30
Average delivery time: 10-14 working days.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY: £10
Average delivery time: 7-14 working days.
We endeavor to dispatch all orders next working day stock permitting, however, this may not always be the case. Orders can take up to 14 working days to arrive.
All items and shipping prices on our website for delivery to countries outside of the European Union ("EU") are not inclusive of any customs or import duties and may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the delivery is the Importer of Record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase once it arrives please read on and we will explain how to make a return.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging along with the original returns slip that came with the item.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Soiled, damaged or worn items will not be accepted as returns and a refund will not be processed in this circumstance.
All items leave the Brimstone studio in perfect condition, if you have received an item in which the packaging has been damaged please contact the courier responsible to make a complaint. Brimstone Online cannot be held accountable for any damage sustained in transit.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We will also notify you by email when the item has been received and if the refund has been approved.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to return your order:
Included in your Brimstone package is a returns card, please complete in full and include in the returns package. If we don't receive the returns card this may prevent us from processing the return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless faulty/damaged items are received by the customer. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until Brimstone have received the goods at the below address.
The refund/exchange will not be processed until we have received the package at our office. Please note Brimstone does not accept liability for returned goods.
Please allow 5-10 working days for funds to show in your account. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. Brimstone cannot accept responsibility for return orders lost in transit.
Refunds will be returned the same way that the item was purchased, e.g. if you paid via PayPal your refund will be processed via PayPal.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the price of the item at time of purchase and tax (if applicable) but not the cost of shipping.
Please be aware that all 'Import Fees' (refer to above) are not refunded for shipments being returned from outside the EU. It is the customers responsibility to guarantee all returning orders arrive in the Brimstone office within the 14 day return time-frame.
If your item is faulty when you receive it please notify firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as your order is received, within our 14 day policy. If you inform Brimstone after the 14 day period of items being faulty, we will endeavour to fix your item as soon as possible but are NOT able to offer an exchange or refund.
Faulty items returned to us within our 14 day policy will be inspected by Brimstone quality control and the customer will be notified of an update within 3-5 working days. Any items that appear to have been subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Faulty items will be replaced if a replacement is in stock and available. If the item is not in stock we will be in touch with the customer to offer a refund or exchange to an appropriate alternative product.
